On May 24, Liao Jiasheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CECEP, was invited to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Beautiful China Forum held in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Guided by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the forum was co-hosted by the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning. With the theme "Contributing to the 15th Five-year Plan and Building a Beautiful China Together", the event focused on discussions and exchanges related to the construction of a beautiful China. Notable attendees included Huang Runqiu, Minister of Ecology and Environment and Chairman of the Forum; Zhou Naixiang, Deputy Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee and Governor; Wen Nuan, Vice Governor of Shandong Province; and Ren Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Committee and Mayor.?

During his stay in Qingdao, Liao Jiasheng visited several CECEP projects, including the CECEP Energy Conservation Technology Qingdao Blue Sea New Port Sewage Source Heat Pump Project and the CECEP Environmental Protection Jimo Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Project. He emphasized specific requirements in areas such as lean management, debt collection, safety and environmental protection: 1, Adhere to a people-centered approach by ensuring coordinated support for water and electricity supply, thereby guaranteeing stable energy provision for the well-being of residents. 2, Intensify market development efforts, particularly in increasing the volume of kitchen waste processing. 3, Strengthen the collection of accounts receivable and implement multiple measures to effectively mitigate risks. 4, Strictly uphold safety and environmental protection standards to prevent any incidents in these areas.
