TBEA Xi’an Industrial Park Phase III and 5G Digital Factory and Technology Innovation R&D Building Construction Project - Anti-static Wear-resistant Flooring for 3A Plant, designed by CQEC, has been awarded the Gold Award at the 2024 WOCA Awards.

Located in Chang'an District, Xi'an, the 51,100-square-meter project implemented SOG monolithic seamless flooring technology. The solution delivers anti-static properties, high wear resistance, ultra-long jointless spans, and exceptional flatness – providing critical infrastructure for high-cleanliness unmanned, automated and intelligent production. This significantly reduces long-term maintenance costs while extending floor service life, establishing a benchmark smart factory in new energy equipment manufacturing.
