From October 8 to 9, Song Xin, Chairman of the Group, led a delegation to visit Techand Dubai Branch for a project inspection and to meet with overseas employees. The visit included various business activities.

Song Xin toured Keturah Resort and the employee camp, expressing gratitude to the staff working on the front lines. He praised their hard work and pioneering spirit in advancing the project.

After listening to the project briefing, Song Xin made several key points: 1. Strengthen awareness of risks, responsibilities, deadlines and costs. Implement detailed management to accelerate project progress, aiming for a brand project with short timelines, high quality, and strong environmental and economic benefits. 2. Enhance meticulous management by preparing backup plans and emergency responses, creating clear, detailed and well-documented plans. 3. Foster proactive thinking and ensure thorough planning for all tasks. 4. Strengthen on-site management, reinforce accountability and ensure compliance. 5. Learn from other local state-owned enterprises to improve collaboration and share experiences. 6. Prioritize safety and environmental protection to create a green and safe worksite. 7. Promote company culture, enhance employee training, and boost team morale.

During the visit, Song Xin also met with Mr. Talal, General Manager of MAG of Life FZ-LLC. Both parties agreed to collaborate on ecological landscaping, community development and operations, aiming for mutual benefits.

Representatives from the Group's Strategic Department, Office, China Geo-engineering Corporation, Techand, and CECEP Building Energy Conservation Co., Ltd. also participated in the visit.
